Who We Are

Clean Grid Development was founded in 2020 to bring better tools and better execution to the front end of renewable energy development. What started as a land acquisition firm has grown into an AI-powered origination platform serving developers, IPPs, and utilities across every major US market. We combine proprietary market intelligence, automated diligence, and a 1,000+ landowner agreement track record to deliver sites that are ready to take to the queue.

What We Do

Clean Grid runs a vertically integrated origination operation built on in-house tools and a senior team with deep utility-scale solar and battery storage experience. We screen infrastructure and land across the country, analyze interconnection capacity, validate zoning and environmental constraints, and execute landowner outreach at scale — all from a single platform we built ourselves. Whether developers want to acquire a fully diligenced portfolio or embed our origination engine in their process under a DSA, we deliver projects, not leads.
